• Attempt to bypass the time-gating mechanism via hacks or VPN manipulation.
• Rip or download audio streams for distribution.

4. Intellectual Property

All music, soundscapes, and visual content on AFTER 9 are the property of their respective artists and AFTER 9. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to listen for personal, non-commercial use.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
